Common use of Disbursement of Tranche Clause in Contracts

Disbursement of Tranche. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Lender shall on the relevant Drawdown Date advance the relevant Tranche to the Borrowers; and payment to the Borrowers shall be made to the account which the Borrowers specify in the relevant Drawdown Notice.

Disbursement of Tranche.
