Common use of Disbursement Offer Clause in Contracts

Disbursement Offer. Upon request by the Borrower and subject to Article 2.5 (Conditions of Disbursement), provided that no event mentioned in sub-paragraph (b) of Article 2.6 (Cancellation) has occurred and is continuing, the Bank shall send to the Borrower a Disbursement Offer for the disbursement of a Tranche. The latest time for receipt by the Borrower of a Disbursement Offer is 6 (six) Business Days before the Final Availability Date. The Disbursement Offer shall specify:
