Common use of Disbursement Procedure Clause in Contracts

Disbursement Procedure. (a) The Borrower may request Disbursements by delivering to OFID, at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the proposed date of disbursement, a Disbursement request substantially in the form of Schedule 2. (b) Each Disbursement shall be made by OFID for credit to the Borrower's account at such a bank as the Borrower shall indicate, or to any other Person or account as the Borrower shall indicate that is acceptable to OFID, all as specified by the Borrower in the relevant Disbursement request. (c) Each Disbursement (other than the last one) shall be made in an amount of not less than $3,000,000. (d) The Borrower shall deliver to OFID a receipt, substantially in the form of Schedule 3, within five (5) Business Days following each Disbursement.
