Disbursement Procedures Borrowers Payment Instructions. 3.1 Availability of Facility (a) The Facility shall be made available to the Borrower in one (1) disbursement. (b) Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Facility shall be available for drawing by the Borrower on any Business Day on or prior to the Commitments Termination Date.
