Common use of Disbursement procedures of the Contribution Clause in Contracts

Disbursement procedures of the Contribution. (a) The Bank shall make disbursements of the Contribution as follows: (i) by transferring to the Beneficiary or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, the sums to which it is entitled under this Agreement, by means of reimbursement of expenditures or advance of funds1; (ii) by making payments on behalf of and in agreement with the Beneficiary or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, to third parties or other banking institutions; and (iii) by utilizing such other modality as the parties may agree upon in writing. Any banking expenses that may be charged by any third party in connection with disbursements shall be borne by the Beneficiary or the Executing Agency, as the case may be.
