Advance of Funds. (A) After origination, the Seller has not, directly or indirectly, advanced any funds to the Mortgagor, other than pursuant to the related Mortgage Loan documents; and (B) to the Seller's actual knowledge, no funds have been received from any Person other than the Mortgagor, for or on account of payments due on the Mortgage Note.
Advance of Funds. (a) The Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, may request disbursements under the Advance of Funds method. The amount of the Advance of Funds shall be set by the Bank on the basis of (i) the liquidity needs of the Project in order to cover periodic projections of Eligible Expenditures during a period of up to six (6) months, unless the Financial Plan provides for a longer period, which in no case may exceed twelve (12) months, and (ii) the risks associated with the capacity demonstrated by the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, to manage and use the resources of the Loan.
(b) Each Advance of Funds shall be subject to: (i) the request for Advance of Funds being presented in a manner acceptable to the Bank; and (ii) with the exception of the first Advance of Funds, the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, having presented a justification for the use of at least eighty percent (80%) of the total cumulative balances pending justification for this purpose, and the Bank having accepted such justification, unless the Financial Plan specifies a lower percentage, which in no case may be less than fifty percent (50%).
(c) The Bank may, during the term of the Financial Plan, provide for a one-time increase in the amount of the last Advance of Funds granted to the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, to the extent that additional resources are needed to pay Eligible Expenditures that were unforeseen in said plan.
(d) The Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, shall present the last Advance of Funds request no later than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the expiration of the Original Disbursement Period or any extension thereof, in the understanding that the justification for such Advance of Funds shall be presented to the Bank during the Closing Period. The Bank shall not disburse resources subsequent to the expiration of the Original Disbursement Period or any extension thereof.
(e) The value of each Advance of Funds to the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, must be maintained in the equivalent value expressed in the respective disbursement currency or in the Approval Currency. Eligible Expenditures incurred with resources of an Advance of Funds must be justified in the equivalent of the total amount of the Advance of Funds expressed in the respective disbursement currency or in the Approval Currency, using the exchange rate established in this Contract. Advance of Funds. The supervisor of the unit to which the imprest funds is assigned must authorize all advances of funds for the P/I. Such authorization must specify the information to be received, the amount of expenditures, and assumed name of the informant.
Advance of Funds. (a) Provided that the requirements of Articles 4.01 and 4.03 of these General Conditions and those which may be established in the Special Conditions have been fulfilled, the Bank may disburse resources as an Advance of Funds to the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, to cover eligible expenditures with resources of the Loan, in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
(b) The maximum amount of each Advance of Funds shall be set by the Bank on the basis of the liquidity needs of the Project to cover periodic projected expenditures, in accordance with paragraph (a) above. At no time may the maximum amount of an Advance of Funds exceed the amount required to finance such expenditures, during a period of up to six (6) months, in accordance with the investment schedule and the cash flow required to meet such purpose and the capacity demonstrated by the Borrower or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, to use the resources of the Loan.
(c) The Bank may: (i) increase the maximum amount of an Advance of Funds when immediate cash flow needs that merit such increase arise, upon presentation of a request duly justified and accompanied by a statement of projected expenditures for the execution of the Project during the corresponding Advance of Funds period in effect; or (ii) make a new Advance of Funds on the basis of the provisions contained in paragraph (b) above, provided that at least eighty percent (80%) of the total amount of resources disbursed as an Advance of Funds has been justified. The Bank may take any of the above-mentioned actions, provided that the requirements of Articles 4.01 and 4.03 of these General Conditions and those which may be established in the Special Conditions have been fulfilled.
(d) The Bank may also reduce or cancel the total aggregate balance of any Advance or Advances of Funds should the Bank determine that the disbursed resources have not been used and/or have not been justified to the Bank sufficiently and on a timely basis, in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
Advance of Funds. Manager shall not be required to advance funds, and Manager shall not be obligated to incur any liability or obligation for Lessee’s account, without assurance that necessary funds for the discharge thereof will be provided by Lessee.
Advance of Funds. The parties agree that advances of funds cannot remain outstanding following agreement suspension, termination, or expiration and will be reclaimed. The parties agree that upon termination of this agreement, for any reason, all unexpended and unobligated funds held by the parties revert to the party entitled to the funds. The parties agree to reconcile expenditures against advances of funds within 30 days of termination of this agreement.
Advance of Funds. DSA shall advance by wire transfer into the designated account of Developer the amount of each Disbursement Request within twenty (20) days of receipt thereof.
Advance of Funds. The District may in its sole discretion advance funds to the Charter School. In addition, the District may in its sole discretion provide a line of credit for the Charter School.

Advance of Funds. On or before , 2020, the Company shall deposit Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($17,500.00) (the “Preliminary Funds”) with the City to be used in connection with the City’s consideration of the CID in the Redevelopment Area. The City shall use the Preliminary Funds to pay or reimburse the City for payment of actual out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by the City for services provided by such consultants and advisors (including, but not limited to, attorneys, planners, and financial consultants) associated with the City’s consideration of the CID and the City’s consideration and implementation of the CID, including, preparation, drafting and review of any ordinances, statutory notices, five-year plan and other related documents, the review of petitions and other work relating to the CID, and for expenses incurred by the City (such as mailing, publication and similar costs) in connection with the foregoing. The parties acknowledge that such amount is a substantial sum and agree to use their best efforts to work together to reduce the total costs to be paid out of the Preliminary Funds.
