Disbursement procedures of the Contribution. (a) At the request of the Beneficiary or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, the Bank may make disbursements of the resources of the Contribution through: (i) reimbursement of expenditures; (ii) advance of funds; (iii) direct payments to third parties; and (iv) reimbursement under a letter of credit guarantee.
