Disbursement to Borrower. The Agent shall make the amounts so received by it from the Banks available to the Borrower before close of business in the Place of Payment on that date by payment in the same currency and funds as received by the Agent to such account with such bank as the Borrower shall have specified in the notice requesting that Advance. If any Bank makes its share of an Advance available to the Agent later than required by Clause 16.1 (By Banks), the Agent shall make that share available to the Borrower as soon as practicable thereafter.
