Disbursements in Excess of Loan Amount. In the event the total disbursements by Lender exceed the amount of the Loan, the total of all disbursements shall be secured by the Deed of Trust. All other sums expended by Lender pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Documents shall be deemed to have been paid to Borrower and shall be secured by, among other things, the Deed of Trust.
