Common use of Disbursements of Allocated Funds Clause in Contracts

Disbursements of Allocated Funds. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Treasury will make Disbursements of Allocated Funds via electronic funds transfer to a Participating State account designated in advance by the Participating State.
