Common use of Disbursements to the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Disbursements to the Borrower. All disbursements shall be made directly to the Borrower by check issued by the Comptroller of Maryland. The Administration shall only authorize the Comptroller of Maryland to disburse Loan proceeds upon presentation to the Administration by the Borrower of invoices, bills, or other satisfactory proof of payments to reimburse the Borrower for payments made for Eligible Project Costs.
