Any release, discharge or settlement between the Company and the Lender shall be deemed conditional on no payment or security received by the Lender in respect of the Secured Liabilities being avoided, reduced or ordered to be refunded pursuant to any law relating to insolvency, bankruptcy, winding-up, administration, receivership or otherwise.
