Discharge from Accountability Report. Upon request, provide annual case aging report, which may include but is not limited to, infraction cases older than 5 years and misdemeanor cases older than 10 years, or as specified by the Participating Entity, in the form attached hereto as Appendix A, Attachment 2. The Participating Entity may request a list of cases, but only the collecting entity can review these cases and determine eligibility for discharge under Government Code section 25257-25259.95.
