Discharge of Borrower Obligations. All amounts received in the Guarantor Payment Account pursuant to this Section 5.14 shall be deemed to have discharged the Borrower’s obligations to the Lender pro tanto dollar for dollar to the extent such amounts were so paid into the Guarantor Payment Account.
