DISCIPLINARY ITEM REMOVED. The Company shall remove, from an employee's personnel file, all items of a disciplinary nature which are older than eighteen (18) months.
DISCIPLINARY ITEM REMOVED. Upon the employee’s request, the Company will remove, from an employee’s personnel file, all items of a disciplinary nature up to step 24.02 (c) which are older than eighteen (18) months, provided the employee has not been subjected to further discipline within such a period.
