Meal Allowance. A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.
Meal Allowance. When an employee is required to and does work for three (3) or more hours of overtime after his normal shift he shall be provided with a hot meal or five dollars ($5.00) if the Hospital is unable to provide the meal or has been unable to schedule a meal break during the overtime period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the overtime assignment is for a period of three (3) hours, no more or less, the employee is not required to take a hot meal, if available, and may claim the five dollars ($5.00) payment.
Meal Allowance. An employee who continues to work more than two (2) hours of overtime immediately following his scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal voucher valued at a maximum of four dollars ($4.00) or four dollars ($4.00) if the Hospital is unable to provide a meal voucher.

Meal Allowance. 24.01 Employees who are required to work more than 10 continuous hours shall be granted a meal allowance of up to three dollars ($3.00), upon presentation by the employee of an applicable receipt except where a meal is provided by the Company.

(b) Unless the Employer advises an Employee on the previous day or earlier that the amount of overtime to be worked will necessitate the partaking of a second or subsequent meal (as the case may be) the Employer shall provide such second and/or subsequent meals or make payment in lieu thereof as prescribed.
(c) If an Employee pursuant to notice has provided a meal or meals and is not required to work overtime or is required to work less than the amount advised the Employee shall be paid for meals which the Employee has provided but which are surplus.
