Disciplinary Process During Redundancy. (a) During the period of notice the Company shall observe all normal disciplinary practices and procedures. (b) Where an employee is justifiably dismissed during the notice period, he / she shall not receive any benefit due to redundant employees covered by this CEA. (c) Where an employee has been counselled and issued with a written warning during the work period they will receive any wages that may be due to them in-lieu-of- notice shall be equivalent to the remaining notice previously given under clause 5.7. (d) Where an employee is dismissed for wilfully committing an offence against another person, causing wilful damage, committing a serious breach of safety regulations, committing wilful action resulting in product damage or committing any other serious offence warranting summary dismissal, they shall receive only the wages and other payments due to them at the time of dismissal.
