Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date. (Reference Article 6.05 - Superior Benefits and Article 12.03 - Increments).
Anniversary Dates Except as may otherwise be provided for in deep class resolutions, anniversary dates will be set as follows:

The CSU shall not require repayment of premiums if the employee's failure to return is due to his/her serious health condition or due to circumstances beyond the employee's control.
No-‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-‐Activation Period ends.
Tax Periods Ending on or Before the Closing Date Buyer shall prepare or cause to be prepared and file or cause to be filed all Tax Returns for the Company and the Company Subsidiary for all periods ending on or prior to the Closing Date which are required to be filed (taking into account all extensions properly obtained) after the Closing Date.
Vesting Date All remaining shares of Restricted Stock will become vested on the Vesting Date.
Anniversary Fee A fully earned, non-refundable fee of $37,500, on the first anniversary of the Effective Date; and
Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF)
12.1 The Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) service Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit D. Rates for EODUF are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.
12.2 BellSouth will provide EODUF service upon written request to its Account Manager stating a requested activation date. Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
