DISCIPLINARY REDUCTION IN PAY. In accordance with the necessity for taking disciplinary action, the pay of a VCPPOA represented employee may be reduced by either two and one-half percent (2 1/2%) or five percent (5%) for a period of time not to exceed thirteen (13) pay periods for any one (1) offense.
