The School agrees to maintain a safe learning environment at all times and to provide criteria for addressing disciplinary issues through its Code of Student Conduct that will ensure the health, safety and welfare of all students attending the school. The School shall ensure that the Code of Student Conduct is enforced fairly and that discipline is administered without regard to race, ethnicity, disability or gender, and the Code of Student Conduct is in accordance with State Board of Education administrative rules, state and federal statutes, and state and federal court decisions (including but not limited to changes adopted by the Florida Legislature from time to time, such as s. 1006.
