Discipline/Dismissal with Cause. The Company shall have the right to discipline or dismiss any Employee supplied by the Union for which the Company can show just cause. In every case of dismissal for just cause, the Company will immediately provide, in writing, the detail of the reasons and the circumstances of the dismissal to the Union and the Employee.
