Special Effects. All special effects equipment, stages, & special entertainment used by the User must be submitted in writing and be pre-approved before set up or use. Facility use in this category will require a Certificate of Insurance naming the District as “Additional Insured.” District may terminate this Agreement immediately and require User to vacate the premises immediately if unauthorized items are present. No refunds will be made for lost time during use and Deposit will not be returned.

Special Effects. Special Effects are not permitted except with the express written permission of the state agency. • All filming activity that requires the use of flammable materials, explosive devices or open flames are considered pyrotechnics. Use of pyrotechnics must be approved by the State Fire Marshal. The State Fire Marshal may assign local fire department staff to be on location to monitor pyrotechnic activity. Cost of such monitor is the responsibility of the Production. • Stunts or similar actions that may cause damage to the property shall be adequately planned to prevent damage and shall be approved by the State Agency prior to filming. • Company shall verify with their insurance company to determine if additional or special coverage is required when special effects are involved.
Special Effects. Any and all Special Effects or Pyrotechnic activities are to comply with Ministry Acts and Regulations pursuant to the safety of the travelling public. Any and all smoke effects are to adhere to environmental policies. Smoke effects are not to distract motorists from the act of driving and any/all filming will not be permitted should the activity be deemed unsafe, or cause any delay, hazard, or potentially dangerous or disruption to the travelling public.

If the venue do not permit the use of a haze machine then your lightshow will not appear as effective as shown in our promotional material. It is the Engager’s responsibility to ensure that the venue is prepared for any supplied effects or optional extras purchased by the Engager. Haze, smoke and Low-Fog machines require low sensitivity smoke detectors, or isolated smoke detector circuits for the function room. Foam, Snow and Bubbles machines are supplied on dry-hire terms only and are for operation by the Engager only, no liability for their use is accepted by the DJ or Your Perfect Night and our PLI does not cover their use by the DJ. Flame effects, Lighting, Lasers, and PA require no specific preparation. YourPerfectNight is unable to offer refunds if special effects cannot be used due to the environment.
Special Effects. Audio-visual and other sound and attentiongetting devices and effects will be permitted only in those locations and in such intensity as, in the opinion of OTM, do not interfere with the activities of neighboring Sponsors. Operational equipment demonstrated may not create noise levels objectionable to neighboring Sponsors.
