Discipline Review Panel Process. The Discipline Review Panel will meet within fourteen (14) days of the request. The AVP of Human Resource Services will meet with the Discipline Review Panel to provide an orientation to the review process, documentation relevant to the appeal, and copies of any policies or procedures cited in the decision. The Discipline Review Panel will schedule a meeting at which the College will have the opportunity to explain the reason(s) for the decision, and the grievant and/or the Union may present the grievant’s position to the Panel, including copies of any additional documents they deem helpful to the grievant’s case.
