Disclaimer of Application of Anti-Indemnity Statutes. THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF ANY ANTI-INDEMNITY STATUTE RELATING TO OILFIELD SERVICES AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS AGREEMENT.

ARTICLE X OPERATIONS; DEVELOPMENT PLAN Section 10.1 FEM as Operator. FEM shall continue to be the Operator of the NPR Properties for which FEM is the current operator, and, as between the Sellers and EPC, FEM shall conduct such operations under the authority of existing joint operating agreements and the pooling orders governing said NPR Properties. EPC, its successors and assigns, agree to the continued operations by FEM of the NPR Properties, and agree to reasonably support the continued operations by FEM. In addition, EPC, its successors and assigns, agree to reasonably support any designation of operator hereafter made by FEF VII-A on any of said properties. Section 10.2
