Common use of Disclaimer of Relationships Clause in Contracts

Disclaimer of Relationships. The Borrower acknowledges that the obligation of the Lender is limited to making the Loan on the terms set forth in this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement, and no act of the Lender or the Borrower, shall be deemed to create any relationship of third-party beneficiary, principal and agent, limited or general partnership, joint venture, or any other relationship between the Borrower and the Lender. In addition, by inspecting any part of the Facility or by accepting or approving any action of the Borrower under any of the Financing Documents, the Lender shall not be considered to warrant the condition, legality, or sufficiency of any part of the Facility or any action taken or not taken by the Borrower.
