Disclaimer of Third Party Beneficiary Rights. In executing this Agreement, CL&P does not, nor should it be construed to, extend its credit or financial support for the benefit of any third parties lending money to or having other transactions with AER. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any duty to, or standard of care with reference to, or any liability to, any person not a party to this Agreement.
