Site Clean Up. The Contractor shall maintain the Occupied Areas free from any accumulations of waste products or debris, other than that caused by the Company or other contractors.
Site Clean Up a. The CONTRACTOR shall keep the premises free at all times from accumulation of waste materials and rubbish caused by construction operations and employees.
b. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all refuse containers required for the Work and will arrange for the periodic removal and emptying of the same.
c. The CONTRACTOR shall perform final cleanup prior to OWNER'S acceptance of the Work. The final cleanup shall include:
i. Removal of dirt and unsightly substances from all visible surfaces and areas.
ii. Removal of CONTRACTOR'S temporary structures, tools, equipment, supplies and surplus materials.
iii. Repair of roads, walks, fences and other items damaged or deteriorated because of CONTRACTOR'S operations.
iv. Grading, raking, smoothing, replacing vegetation and other operations necessary to restore to original or better condition all areas affected by CONTRACTOR'S operations.
v. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for disposing of all waste materials and rubbish generated (paint, waste, etc) off site in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.
Site Clean Up. Comverge shall use commercially best efforts to collect and responsibly dispose of any trimmed wire clippings, unused screws or brackets, hazardous materials and any other material waste that may result from the installation of the Control Device.
Site Clean Up. All work performed under this Contract shall comply with all Laws governing applicable noise, dust and pollution control requirements.
Site Clean Up. The Contractor shall maintain the Occupied Areas free from any accumulations of waste products or debris, other than that caused by the WLCF or other contractors. Upon the Contractor vacating any Occupied Area, the WLCF Representative shall inspect the area to determine, at his or her sole discretion, whether or not the area was left in an acceptable condition. If the WLCF Representative determines the Contractor left the Occupied Area in an unacceptable condition, the WLCF may repair the area and charge the entire cost of the repairs to the Contractor.
Site Clean Up. Contractor shall remove to a location or locations as designated by Viewrail all rubbish, debris and surplus materials which may accumulate from the performance of the Work covered by this Agreement. Contractor shall leave the job site in “broom clean’ condition daily. Any glue, mastic, Spackle, etc. shall be scraped from walls, floors, stairs, and/or railings. If Contractor fails to perform any of the clean-up responsibilities specified herein, Viewrail will have the right, after notifying Contractor one time by phone, of completing Contractor’s clean-up responsibilities and back charging Contractor for all related costs, including supervision and overhead expenses, and/or withholding all money due to Contractor under this Agreement or otherwise.
Site Clean Up. Job Order Contractor shall at all times, but not less than daily unless otherwise agreed by City Representative, keep the premises on which the Work is being performed clean and free from accumulation of any waste materials, trash, debris and excess dirt, and at all times shall remove Job Order Contractor’s implements, machinery, tools, apparatus and equipment from the jobsite when not needed on the jobsite. Should the City Representative find it necessary in his/her opinion to employ help to clean up, remove or store any of the foregoing due to failure of Job Order Contractor to do so, the expense thereof shall be charged to Job Order Contractor. Verbal notice from the City Representative on clean-up or removal is considered adequate notice hereunder, and failure to conform with his/her request within 24 hours thereof will be construed as a breach of this Contract by the Job Order Contractor and such charges will be made against Job Order Contractor’s account as are necessary to accomplish the clean-up or removal. The cost of cleanup, removal or storage by the City, if not deducted by the City from monies due Job Order Contractor, shall be paid by Job Order Contractor within five business days of written demand by the City.

AER shall use commercially best efforts to collect and responsibly dispose of (as required by any and all applicable law, rule, or regulation) any trimmed wire clippings, unused screws or brackets, hazardous materials and any other material waste that may result from the installation of the Control Device. For any work performed at any Customer’s site, AER shall at all times keep the site free from accumulations of waste material or rubbish and shall remove at its sole cost and expense from the site and from all public and private property all tools and equipment other than the installed equipment and rubbish and waste materials resulting from AER’s operation. AER shall be solely responsible for its obligations under this Section 8.7.

Site Clean Up. All construction sites must be maintained in a neat and orderly fashion. Trash from construction work will be contained in a trash dumpster or suitable method that will assure constant containment and stockpiling of the trash until removal from the site. The Pool Contractor is responsible for trash that blows off the site and shall retrieve such trash immediately. There will be no stockpiling or dumping on adjacent lots, on common ground, or on streets. Trash not removed will be removed by the Association and billed to the responsible contractor or sub- contractor. Contractors will use only the utilities provided on the immediate site on which they are working.
