Disclaimer of Third Party Services & information. (a) The Customer acknowledges that the Supplier relies on certain Third Party Services in order to operate ProcurePro. (b) To the extent permitted by law, the Supplier shall not be responsible or liable in any way for: (i) interruptions to the availability of ProcurePro due to Third Party Services; or (ii) information contained on any linked third party website.
