Cro has not performed any independent research or analysis regarding the safety or efficacy of any investigational drug or other materials or treatment procedures to be used in this study and therefore cro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, concerning those drugs, materials, or treatment procedures, the results to be obtained by administering them pursuant to the protocol, or to their fitness for any particular purpose, or to any other pfizer obligation under the protocol or this agreement.
