Before initiating such vulnerability scans, it is Customer’s responsibility to understand how the vulnerability scans perform security vulnerability assessment on Customer’s systems. Upon request, Alert Logic shall provide the specifications for the vulnerability testing software, however; Alert Logic cannot guarantee that adverse consequences will not result from security vulnerability assessment activity. Results from Customer’s vulnerability scans on Customer’s systems does not constitute a representation or warranty from Alert Logic that Customer’s systems are secure from every form of attack.
