Feedback. You have no obligation to provide us with ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”). However, if you submit Feedback to us, then you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license that is sub-licensable and trans- ferable, to make, use, sell, have made, offer to sell, import, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify, or publicly perform the Feedback in any manner without any obligation, royalty, or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise.
Feedback. 14.1 You may, at Your sole discretion, provide Your input regarding the Services, products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the Services, products and/or services, or input as to whether You believe Our development direction is consistent with Your own business and IT needs (collectively “Feedback”). We shall be entitled to use Feedback for any purpose without notice, restriction or remuneration of any kind to You and/or Your Representatives.
14.2 You acknowledge that any information that We may disclose to You related to the Services, Our other products, services, business or technology plans is only intended as a discussion of possible strategies, developments, and functionalities of Our products or services and is not intended to be binding on Us regarding any particular course of business, product strategy, and/or development.
Feedback. You may provide feedback to RIM about Your BlackBerry Solution. Unless RIM otherwise agrees in writing, You hereby agree that RIM shall own all feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, concepts and changes that You provide to RIM regarding 'Your BlackBerry Solution and all associated intellectual property rights (collectively the "Feedback") and you hereby assign to RIM all of Your right, title and interest thereto. You will not knowingly provide RIM any Feedback that is subject to third party intellectual property rights. You agree to cooperate fully with RIM with respect to signing further documents and doing such other acts as are reasonably requested by RIM to confirm that RIM owns the Feedback and to enable RIM to register and/or protect any associated intellectual property rights and/or confidential information.
Feedback. Any feedback, enhancement requests, corrections, or suggestions that You provide to Dell in connection with the APEX Service (“Feedback”) is Dell’s Confidential Information. You agree that Dell may use the Feedback without any restriction from You or compensation to You, and You assign to Dell all rights in, and to, Feedback.
Feedback. Customer may at its sole discretion and option provide Feedback. In such instance, SAP, SAP SE and its Affiliates may in its sole discretion retain and freely use, incorporate or otherwise exploit such Feedback without restriction, compensation or attribution to the source of the Feedback.
Feedback. If you give Intel comments or suggestions related to the Materials, Intel confidential information provided in connection with this Agreement, or Intel Components, Intel can use them in any way and disclose them to anyone, without payment or other obligations to you.
Feedback. Prime Contractor may be invited to participate in certain evaluations, presentations, meetings, surveys or discussions (collectively, “Discussions”) for the purpose of informing Prime Contractor of SAP’s business and technology direction, and to allow Prime Contractor (or as used herein includes Prime Contractor’s affiliates), at its sole discretion, to provide SAP (or as used herein SAP SE or other SAP entity) with input, comments or suggestions from Prime Contractor, regarding SAP’s business and technology direction and/or the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the software, products and/or services of SAP, (collectively “Feedback”). Prime Contractor grants to SAP SE a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty- free license, with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers, under all relevant Prime Contractor Intellectual Property Rights, to use, publish, disclose, perform, copy, make, have made, use, modify, create derivative works, distribute, sell, offer for sale and otherwise benefit from Feedback in any manner and via any media. Content of Discussions may include areas outside the scope of Services and may relate to any SAP software, products, solutions and/or services. Confidential Information disclosed or made available by SAP or Prime Contractor during Discussions may only be used for the purpose of the Discussions and shall be protected from unauthorized use and disclosure in accordance with Section 9 of these GTC. Prime Contractor acknowledges that the information related to software, products, services, business or technology plans of SAP, disclosed during the Discussions, is only intended as possible strategies, developments, and functionalities and is not intended to bind SAP to any particular course of business, product strategy, and/or development. In the event that Customer may be invited to participate in such Discussions and to provide Feedback, Prime Contractor shall make all reasonable efforts to assist SAP in acquiring Customer’s written agreement to substantially similar terms, as a pre-requisite to Customer participation. For clarity, Customer shall not participate in such Discussions unless such agreement is provided in writing.
Feedback. You may be asked to voluntarily provide Red Hat with Feedback in connection with Red Hat Products, but have no obligation to do so. If you choose to do so, Red Hat may use Feedback for any purpose, including incorporating the Feedback into, or using the Feedback to develop and improve Red Hat Products and other Red Hat offerings without attribution or compensation. You grant Red Hat a perpetual and irrevocable license to use all Feedback for any purpose. You agree to provide Feedback to Red Hat only in compliance with applicable laws and you represent that you have the authority to provide the Feedback and that Feedback will not include proprietary information of a third party.
Feedback. During the Term, you and your Affiliates may provide Feedback to Stripe or its Affiliates. You grant, on behalf of yourself and your Affiliates, to Stripe and its Affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to exploit that Feedback for any purpose, including developing, improving, manufacturing, promoting, selling and maintaining the Stripe services. All Feedback is Xxxxxx’s confidential information.
Feedback. Unless Stripe otherwise agrees in writing, your use of Beta Services is confidential, and you must provide timely Feedback on the Beta Services in response to Stripe requests.
