Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability. 14.4.1 To the fullest extent permissible by law, Club Med disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied in respect of the Services and You utilise the Services at your own risk. 14.4.2 You agree that Club Med is unable to, and is not required to guarantee a particular experience/result at your destination. 14.4.3 Club Med’s liability to You pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall furthermore be limited to the total amount of the fees charged and paid by You in in respect of the Services that gave rise to any such liability.
