Internet. We will provide internet service to you for your noncommercial use. You acknowledge that the internet service is a shared service. We have no duty to you to edit, censor, review or take any responsibility for any information you or your guests may create, place on the internet, or view. You shall not use the internet we provide to engage in any criminal, illegal or unauthorized activity and any such use is a default of this Lease. Any violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is a breach of this Lease. You shall not attempt to degrade the performance of the internet service or hamper the ability of others to use the internet. You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

Internet. This home is wired for internet access and is for tenant and occupant use only for the duration of their stay. Wireless usage is is the guest risk and security is not guaranteed. Park City Vacation Properties is not responsible for exposure to viruses, hacking, or any other problems associated with internet usage. We strongly suggest using a personal firewall. Wireless is offered as a convenience and Park City Vacation Properties does not guarantee availability or technical support. You may report availability problems by calling 435-245- 1713. Outages will be reported immediately and every effort will be made restore service as soon as possible. In accessing the wireless network you agree that you have read and understand this notice, and that you agree to abide by such notice, and release and hold harmless Park City Vacation Properties for any loss, damage or liability that may arise out of access. KEYS Most properties are equipped with an electronic keyless entry unit and you will receive the password and operation instructions prior to your arrival. If the property has a physical key for access rrangements will be made in advance for transfer of property keys on day of check-in. Lost keys or lockouts are subject to a fee. NON-SMOKING UNIT Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the unit. Should this policy be violated the guest agrees to pay for complete deodorizing of the unit including carpet and drapery cleaning. The minimum charge is $400 for a violation of this policy and could be higher based on the size of the unit and extent of fumigation required. ENTRY BY OWNER Owner or owner’s agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
Internet. In no event shall the Administrative Agent or any of its Related Parties (collectively, the “Agent Parties”) have any liability to the Company, any Lender, any L/C Issuer or any other Person for losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses of any kind (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) arising out of the Company’s or the Administrative Agent’s transmission of materials through the Internet, except to the extent that such losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction by a final and nonappealable judgment to have resulted from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of such Agent Party; provided, however, that in no event shall any Agent Party have any liability to the Company, any Lender, any L/C Issuer or any other Person for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (as opposed to direct or actual damages).
Internet. (A) PMC will take applications for Mortgage Loans from Franchisee Customers via the Internet. In order to accomplish this, PMC will provide each operator of a Cendant Real Estate Franchisee Brand Website with Hyperlinks to such Content as PMC reasonably believes is adequate to meet the reasonably anticipated needs of the current and prospective Franchisee Customers (the “Franchisee Mortgage Content”). By clicking on the Hyperlink at the Cendant Real Estate Franchisee Brand Websites, the Franchisee Customer will be immediately transferred to the Franchisee Mortgage Content via the Internet. Except in the case of Cendant Restricted Brands, such Franchisee Mortgage Content will presented by the Company in such a way that it will appear as if it were on a World Wide Web page or series of World Wide Web Pages on the Cendant Real Estate Franchisee Brand Website from which the Hyperlink originated to the extent it is consistent with Applicable Requirements to do so. The form and substance of such World Wide Web pages will be subject to the prior written consent of the Cendant Entities. In order to improve the graphical compatibility of the Franchisee Websites and PMC’s sites, PMC and the Cendant Entities will consult with each other when developing or modifying such World Wide Web pages, and also when considering the design of future releases of their respective Websites. PMC shall not permit the Franchisee Mortgage Content accessed by Franchisee Customers via Hyperlinks from the Cendant Real Estate Franchisee Brand Websites contemplated by this Agreement to display any advertising, except in such instances where the Cendant Entities have provided their prior written consent to such advertising. (B) The Franchisee Mortgage Content will include information about the Mortgage Loans and Mortgage Loan Types, Mortgage Loan calculators, counseling regarding down payments and Mortgage Loan affordability, pre-qualification tools to be used by consumers and Mortgage Loan application modules. PMC will ensure that a Franchisee Customer shall be able to complete and submit a Mortgage Loan application by means of the Franchisee Mortgage Content without any other contact with the Company. (C) Franchisee Customers utilizing the Mortgage Content to initiate the Mortgage Loan process will be offered the option of communicating with a processing team or other persons contemplated in Section 8.8 of this Agreement, either by electronic mail or by telephone, or by a combination of el...
