Disclosed information of Seller. Any knowledge or information, which Seller shall have disclosed or may hereafter disclose to Buyer and which in any way relates to the goods or services purchased under this Order (except to the extent deemed to be Buyer’s property as set forth in Section 4), shall not be deemed to be confidential or proprietary and shall be acquired by Buyer free from any restrictions (other than a claim for infringement) as part of the consideration for this Order, and notwithstanding any copyright or other notice thereon, Buyer shall have the right to use, copy, modify and disclose the same as it sees fit.
