Common use of Disclosure and Authorization Clause in Contracts

Disclosure and Authorization. In consideration of the Company’s promises herein, for a period of 24 months immediately following the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive promises to disclose to the Company any employment, consulting, or other service relationship Executive enters into after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason. Such disclosure shall be made within 7 days of Executive entering into such employment, consulting or other service relationship. Executive expressly consents to and authorizes the Company to disclose both the existence and terms of this Agreement to any future employer or user of Executive’s services and to take any steps the Company deems necessary to enforce this Agreement.
