Non-Student Employees. Regarding the permissible purpose for Employee Search Reports, Institution certifies that the Search Report is obtained in order to evaluate the Employee for employment, promotion, reassignment, or retention as an employee, and for no other purpose. Institution shall direct Employees to identify themselves as Employees, and not as Students, when they use the System. Whenever Institution uses a Search Report to evaluate an Employee for employment, promotion, reassignment, or retention as an employee, Institution agrees and certifies that it will follow all applicable FCRA provisions, including without limitation all Federal and State equal employment opportunity laws.
