Common use of Disclosure by Service Provider of Developed Materials Clause in Contracts

Disclosure by Service Provider of Developed Materials. Service Provider shall promptly disclose in writing to DIR the Developed Materials that are developed under this Agreement. With respect to each disclosure, Service Provider shall indicate the features or concepts that it believes to be new or different.
