Common use of Disclosure of Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Conflicts. The Recipient must: (a) disclose to the IESO in writing, without delay, any situation that could reasonably be interpreted as either an actual or potential conflict of interest or other breach of this Section 14; and (b) comply with any terms and conditions that the IESO may reasonably prescribe as a result of the disclosure (without prejudice to any remedy the IESO may be entitled to exercise hereunder).
