Common use of Disclosure of EBT Cardholder Information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of EBT Cardholder Information. The use or disclosure by Merchant of any information concerning an EBT Cardholder for any purpose not directly connected with the performance of Merchant's duties pursuant to this Agreement is prohibited.

Disclosure of EBT Cardholder Information. The use or disclosure by Merchant Retailer of any information concerning an EBT Cardholder for any purpose not directly connected with the performance of MerchantRetailer's duties pursuant to this Agreement is prohibited.
