Common use of Disclosure of Information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Information. Without prejudice to clause 13, we are hereby authorized by the basic cardmember to disclose, in our absolute discretion, particulars of the basic cardmember or the card account to the supplementary cardmember and to such other persons as we deem fit to make such disclosure in the course of enforcing our rights under this agreement or preliminary thereto.

Disclosure of Information. Without prejudice to clause 1317, we are hereby authorized by the basic cardmember to disclose, in our absolute discretion, particulars of the basic cardmember or the card account to the supplementary cardmember and to such other persons as we deem fit to make such disclosure in the course of enforcing our rights under this agreement or preliminary thereto.
