Disclosure of Insurance Policies. The Operator must provide to Aurizon Network evidence of the insurance policies effected pursuant to this Clause 14 or, if requested by Aurizon Network, copies of such insurance policies, to Aurizon Network’s reasonable satisfaction: (a) at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of Train Services; (b) upon renewal of each insurance policy during the Term; and (c) whenever reasonably requested to do so in writing by Aurizon Network.
