Common use of Disclosure of Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Intellectual Property. Employee will promptly disclose to the Company, or any persons designated by it, all Intellectual Property made or conceived or reduced to practice or learned or proposed by Employee, either alone or jointly with others, during the Term of this Agreement which is in any way related to or useful in the actual, anticipated or potential businesses of the Company, or the result of tasks assigned to the Employee by the Company or resulting from use of premises or equipment owned, leased or contracted for by the Company.
