Disclosure of other interests. The Executive shall disclose to the Board any interest of his own (or that of his partner or of any child of his or of his partner under eighteen years of age): (a) in any trade, business or occupation whatsoever which is in any way similar to any of those in which the Company or any Group Company is involved; and (b) in any trade, business or occupation carried on by any supplier or customer of the Company or any Group Company whether or not such trade, business or occupation is conducted for profit or gain.

Disclosure of other interests.
