DISCLOSURE OF PENSION ARRANGEMENTS. Other than employer contributions to the Grouped Personal Pension Schemes any mandatory government or social security pension arrangements and the Pension Arrangement, there is no scheme, arrangement or agreement to which the Company is a party or by which it is bound or under which it has an obligation or liability (whether actual, contingent or prospective) to contribute or to provide funding for the provision of life assurance, retirement, death, disability or other like benefits (in the form of a pension, lump sum, gratuity or otherwise) in respect of any Employee.
