Euro Compliance. 1Any requirement of Law to account for the Services in Euros (or to prepare for such accounting), instead of and/or in addition to pounds sterling, shall be implemented by the Supplier free of charge to the Commissioner.
Euro Compliance. All Deliverables related to financial information shall be compliant with all laws and regulations applicable to all relevant currencies (including, without limitation, EC Regulations 1103/97 and 974/98), and if the UK becomes a “Participating Member State” (as defined in EC regulation 1103/97), all laws and regulations then applicable to sterling and/or to the euro, such compliance being “Euro Conformance”. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Conditions, and without prejudice to any of Deloitte’s other rights and remedies, Deloitte shall not be obliged to accept nor to pay for Deliverables if the Supplier is unable to demonstrate its Euro Conformance to Deloitte’s reasonable satisfaction.
Euro Compliance. Euro Compliance" means with respect to an --------------- Accepted International Market Site (i) is capable of performing all its intended functions for the currency of the country for the International Market Site, United States dollar and the Euro, where applicable, (ii) will comply with the legal requirements applicable to the Euro in any jurisdiction in for the International Market Site, and (iii) is capable of displaying and printing, and will incorporate in all relevant screen layouts, all Euro symbols and codes adopted for the International Market Site. AXP will be responsible for identifying AXP's business requirements with respect to Euro Compliance during the business requirements gathering phase or within a mutually agreed to time frame, and for timely review and approval, where appropriate, of specifications that will provide these needs.

Euro Compliance. 11.1 The products, systems and services are "Euro Compliant" and are capable of satisfying the legal requirements applicable to the common currency adopted or to be adopted by the relevant participating member states of the European Union and known as the "Euro" as set out in the European Commission Regulation number 1103.97 ("THE REGULATION"). For the purposes of this warranty "Euro Compliant" shall mean the ability of the systems to perform using the Euro and to allow any currency recognised by the systems, including but not limited to the Euro and all other currencies belonging to and adopted by full member states of the European Union, to be converted to other currencies, and in particular (but without limitation) to:
(a) perform all monetary functions in Euros;
(b) process multiple currencies and in particular the dual currencies during the transition phase set out in the Regulation of countries adopting the Euro;
(c) recognise the industry standard keyboard configurations or key-strokes and screen layouts for the Euro symbol;
(d) correctly implement the conversion and rounding requirements (including the triangulation rule) set out in the Regulation; and
(e) interface with other Euro Compliant products.
11.2 Neither the Company nor the Shareholders have any knowledge that the introduction of the Euro will or may cause any agreement, arrangement or obligation to which the Company is a party to terminate or to be capable of termination or will or may alter the terms of or excuse or discharge performance of such an agreement.
Euro Compliance. All IT Systems will operate, and all IT Services will be provided, in all respects using, recording, converting and accounting for monetary or currency values denominated in in the same manner as it does for any European currency existing as at the date of this Agreement and in all respects in accordance with any applicable legislation, laws, directives, regulations, directions or rules including the rules on conversion and rounding down set out in Council Regulation 1103/97/EC.
Euro Compliance. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.11 Currency-Sensitive Systems are Euro Compliant. "Currency-Sensitive Systems" means any software, microcode or hardware system or component, including any business computer system or software application to support pricing, payment or accounting by the Company or any Subsidiary for goods and services in the unit of single currency as defined in Counsel Regulations (EC) No. 0000/00 xx 00 Xxxx 0000 (xxx "Xxro"). "Euro Data" means any data of any type that includes Euro currency information or which is otherwise derived from, dependent on or related to Euro currency information. "Euro Compliant" means, with respect to Currency-Sensitive Systems, that each such system accurately processes all Euro Data, without any loss of functionality or performance, including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing, sequencing, storing and displaying such Euro Data, when used with a stand alone system or in combination with other software or hardware.
Euro Compliance. In the event that any currency in which any of the obligations under this Contract are denominated from time to time is changed or replaced at any time after the date of this Contract (whether as a result of the introduction of, changeover to or operation of a single or unified European currency or otherwise) this Contract will be amended to the extent that the Scottish Ministers (acting reasonably) consider to be required in order to reflect those circumstances.
