Common use of Disclosure of Seller Information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Seller Information. The Seller authorizes each Buyer to disclose to any prospective assignee or participant which has satisfied the requirements hereunder, any and all financial information in such Buyer’s possession concerning the Seller which has been delivered to such Buyer pursuant to this Agreement, provided that each such prospective assignee or participant shall execute a confidentiality agreement consistent with the terms of Section 24.6 hereof or shall otherwise agree to be bound by the terms thereof.
