Common use of Disclosure of Supplier’s information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Supplier’s information. (a) Subject to clause 9.2(b), the School Council agrees to treat as confidential all information of or relating to the Supplier that is provided to it, whether under this Agreement or the Tender Documentation, by or on behalf of the Supplier and which is identified in writing by the Supplier as confidential.
