DISCLOSURE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION by the Bank to any Authorities and Entities Deemed Fit: The Customer hereby permits the Bank to share any of the Customer data and information available in the Bank with any natural persons or legal entities being a party to a cooperation agreement with the Bank for the purpose of provision of services to the Customer, or with third party natural persons or legal entities for any reason or purpose whatsoever (even if and when other credit demands are refused), without any intention to cause damages to the Customer, and accordingly, the Customer hereby declares and accepts that he will have no right of claim against the Bank due to disclosure of his confidential information by the Bank as above, and that the Bank has already warned the Customer that the disclosure of the information to be shared with third parties is not a must, and now and therefore, the Customer data and information held with the Bank may be shared with such third parties.
