Common use of Disclosure of Union Dues to the Company Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Union Dues to the Company. The Union will provide the Company with the following information concerning Union dues: (a) the current dues rate to be charged to the Employees, and (b) when Union dues/service fee rates are increased or decreased, the Union will notify the Company of the new dues/service fee rate to be charged to Employees and when the new rates will go into effect.
