Common use of Disclosure of Your Information Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Your Information. You understand and agree that We possess and maintain personal, nonpublic information obtained from Your rental application, credit reports, rental references, as well as information otherwise upon learning of the inability to deliver possession, then You shall have the option to obtained during the normal course of Your business relationship with Us.
